Refund policy

At Shepherd of 23, we want you to find peace in every piece you order. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help:

 

Start Your Return

To start your return, simply log in to your account here and follow the instructions. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to email us at hello@shepherdof23.com (please include your order number).

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from when your order is delivered to request a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A flat $7 shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, you will need to:

  1. Initiate a return: Follow the steps above to return your original item.
  2. Place a new order: Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired size or color.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Limited-release collections

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@shepherdof23.com within 5 days of receiving it, and we'll make it right, on us.

 

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at hello@shepherdof23.com.
