Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-9 business days unless stated otherwise in the item's description.

Shipping Delivery Costs

Standard shipping is a flat $7 for all orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Shipping is not calculated by package weight.

We run free shipping promotions from time to time. When a promotion is active, the current order minimum and any conditions will be shown on our homepage banner and applied automatically at checkout. Promotional offers may change or end at any time, and the terms shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we will try our best to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. Our customer service team has an estimated 48-72 business hour response time, excluding weekends. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
